Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Shimvornrythelel, we are committed to providing exceptional shopping assistance services. While we do not sell physical products directly, we understand the importance of satisfaction with our services.

Session Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booked session:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund provided
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule option
  • Less than 12 hours notice: No refund, but one-time reschedule may be offered
  • No-show: No refund applicable

Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are not satisfied with your shopping assistance session, please contact us within 48 hours. We offer:

  • A complimentary follow-up session to address your concerns
  • Assignment of a different shopping expert if preferred
  • Partial refund consideration on a case-by-case basis

We value your feedback and strive to resolve any issues promptly.

Products Purchased During Sessions

Please note that Shimvornrythelel does not sell products directly. Any items purchased during a shopping session are subject to the return policies of the respective retailers where they were bought.

Our shopping experts can assist you with:

  • Understanding retailer return policies before purchase
  • Keeping receipts and documentation organised
  • Guidance on initiating returns if needed (additional service)

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when processed

Exceptions

Refunds may not be provided in cases where:

  • The session was completed as agreed
  • Dissatisfaction relates to products purchased, not our service
  • The client did not communicate concerns during the session
  • Requests are made more than 7 days after the session
